The Big Red Launch Pad

This is not a first job. It’s a launch pad. The Launch Pad is a paid, school-year internship at Big Red Treats — real work, real mentorship, and real skills you’ll use for the rest of your life.

Learn. Twelve monthly skill modules: customer service, sales, food service, and entrepreneurship — taught by the owners, practiced on the floor.

Earn. Every intern starts at the same pay — and raises are earned, not asked for. Complete your modules, pass your quarterly review, climb the ladder.

Launch. A résumé line that beats “scooped ice cream,” letters of recommendation we actually mean, and two owners in your corner for whatever comes next.

The commitment: September 1 through mid-May, benchmarks and quarterly reviews included. Seats are limited, and everyone re-auditions each year — like a dance team. Summer spots go first to interns who finish strong.
