Big Red Treats | Grand Island, Nebraska
Big Red Treats is a locally owned soft-serve ice cream, popcorn, and fudge shop built around one belief: Always Celebrate.
With two retail locations and a full commercial kitchen producing gourmet popcorn and fresh fudge weekly, we are expanding our reach and strengthening our presence throughout Grand Island and surrounding communities.
We are hiring a Director of Community Partnerships to drive growth through relationships, corporate sales, bulk orders, and strategic partnerships.
This is a revenue-focused leadership role.
The Role
The Director of Community Partnerships is responsible for building meaningful relationships that generate sales and long-term growth.
This role centers on:
- Corporate and bulk order sales
- Community and business partnerships
- Custom-labeled and branded orders
- Follow-up, organization, and account management
- Expanding repeat business opportunities
You will represent Big Red Treats professionally in the community and help turn conversations into consistent revenue.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Growth
- Identify and pursue corporate and bulk sales opportunities
- Consistently follow up with leads and partners
- Convert outreach into orders and repeat business
- Help grow and manage our custom order storefront
- Track outreach and maintain organized systems
- Build long-term partnerships that generate consistent revenue
Community Partnerships
- Build relationships with schools, churches, hotels, and local businesses
- Develop cross-promotional opportunities
- Represent Big Red Treats at community events
- Strengthen local brand presence through intentional connection
Marketing & Communication Support
- Assist with social media coordination and content support
- Use Canva for simple graphics and promotional materials
- Help communicate promotions clearly and consistently
- Support email marketing efforts as needed
Marketing supports partnership growth — it is not the primary focus of this role.

- Corporate and bulk sales increase
- Partnerships lead to repeat orders
- Follow-up systems are organized and consistent
- Custom orders grow steadily
- Community presence feels intentional and strong
Who This Role Is For

- Are confident and professional when meeting business owners
- Enjoy building relationships and asking for the sale
- Are highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Can balance creativity with execution
- Have experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
- Want to grow with a locally owned brand
No degree required. Results, initiative, and follow-through matter most.
What This Role Is Not
- Not primarily a social media position
- Not a junior marketing assistant role
- Not remote, this is an inperson role, Downtown Grand Island
- This is a growth-driven partnership leadership position.
Compensation
- $40,000 starting annual salary + profit sharing
- Full-time position
- Salary growth opportunities as the company expands
