This is a customer-care text messaging program. When you text our published business phone number (308) 392-3456 with a question about store hours, flavors, products, or an order, Big Red Treats replies to help. These are one-to-one, non-promotional support messages; we do not send marketing or promotional texts through this line.
How you opt in
Consent is customer-initiated. You opt in by texting our business number first, or by giving your mobile number to our staff (by phone or in person) and asking us to text you back. By contacting us this way, you agree to receive text replies from Big Red Treats. We never text people who have not messaged us first, and we never buy, rent, or share phone numbers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your own messages and questions; there is no set schedule or recurring send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed and receive no further messages; a single final message will confirm your opt-out. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
